Matthew Hotchkiss is an award winning Lead Product Designer with over 20 years of experience in digital design. With a background in technology, art and design, he is driven to create products that deliver excellence in their category.

He holds a Graphic Design National Diploma from Hereford Art College, a New Media BA Hons Degree from Bath Spa University, and a User Experience Higher Level Diploma from the UX Design Institute.

Throughout his career, Matthew has worked with some of the most successful companies in the world, including EA, Playstation, Microsoft, General Atomics, Verizon, NFL, NBA, Nissan, Audi, Nike, Adidas, Moncler, Virgin Media, BBC, ITV, Channel4, Channel5 and Netflix. He has contributed to award-winning projects, including Bafta-nominated work for Black Mirror, the PS Platinum Award for Best Multiplayer Experience within BF6 and many nominations in design.

As a leader in art and design, Matthew is known for his empathetic beliefs, which foster safety and courage among his team members. He has led large teams in design, has managed internal pods and external companies to get projects built successfully.
